2019 AIA NE, Excellence in Architectural Detail, People’s Choice Award
Polynomial collaborated with RDG to refine the design of this custom CNC-plywood wall system for a branch bank in the CSU student union. The system was designed to be fabricated in house and then shipped to site and installed by the facilities management team. The client was elated to report that several students were in awe as they first noticed it and were stopping to feel the walls as they walk by.
